A wonderful quality bronze age large stabbing sword blade.
This item which dates to circa 1800 -1200 BC is in wonderful allover Condi.
It still retains its original tang which would have secured it to the wood or bone handle, and the blade shows a very nice raised medial rib which was designed to give the blade extra strength.
In overall lovely condition with a deep patination to the bronze, this item would be a very impressive centre piece to any collection.
Highly recommended.
